This version is absolutely amazing. I love the piano and violin together. Eerie yet beautiful at the same time. The melody is very easy to get stuck in your head.
This is an excerpt from the title track for the 2009 Academy Awards Best Foreign Film "Departures".
I don't know who originally composed this but Joe Hisaishi was the composer for the film's soundtrack.
