Don't forget, too, the great instrumentals from the 40s-through-80s era. Through the years, we've heard things like guitar, banjo, fiddle, steel guitar, and harmonica permeate the landscape of country music.

Love Buck Owens, but always thought his guitar player and harmony singer Don Rich deserved more credit. They were a great match-up. They owned the honky-tonks back in the day!! That there's some classic country, son!
