Originally wanting Jimi Hendrix to play on this track but couldn't do to the fact he was unavailable out touring, Donovan had Jeff Beck and Jimmie Page do a guitar session on it. Also word has it that John Paul Jones and John Bonham played on this track. Jeff says his part was wiped clean and it wasn't him. Jimmie says it was Parker on guitar. Parker who? Come on guys, who was it? Donovan said it was you! For what it is worth, it was a great-great song and you have nothing to be a shamed about for it not sounding like your normal work. That is what makes it hard to believe you didn't do it. That trademark and unique style that shines no matter what kind of music you are playing. It's like a finger print. I'm going with the writer and artist of this song statements and saying it was you!
