Why Are There No Great Female Guitarists?
I've been a guitar player for many years and I'm familiar with all of the great guitarists and I've always thought it was odd that I've never seen a woman who was a technically advanced guitar player. There are so many virtuoso females who play other instruments like the violin, piano and anything else you can think of but the women who do play the guitar seem to just strum chords and play things that are very simple. Any thoughts?
