I'm not sure what you mean...Most popular??? I'm going with Renaissance the most talented group...IMHO...sound as good live as in studio... I saw them twice and they played Carnegie Hall many times!

They were good in concert. Ted whipped out his bow and arrows and put one into a large headshot of Saddam. This was back during Gulf War I.

Here's a good one I recently found.

Cactus

Cactus was initially conceived as early as late 1969 by the Vanilla Fudge rhythm section of bassist Tim Bogert and drummer Carmine Appice with guitarist Jeff Beck and singer Rod Stewart (also from already dissolved The Jeff Beck Group). However, Beck had an automobile accident and was out of the music scene for over a year and Stewart joined Ronnie Wood in Faces.

I like a lot of the aforementioned bands.
The Dead Weather album,Horehound, was IMHO not a complete success but I am always happy to see White collaborate and experiment.

I am always going to have a soft spot for Blind Faith, and especially this song.
