I am considering buying a beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach, preferably in the N. Ocean Blvd. area (The Anchorage, Ocean Forest Villas, etc.). However, I am having trouble finding info on how these properties are managed, what the home owner responsibilities are as well as what the average income these types of properties generate for the owner. I would also appreciate advice on what condo complexes to look into or to avoid. Thanks!
