anyone have experience with A Place at the Beach in NMB? 4525 S. Ocean Blvd?
Looking to find an inexpensive as possible oceanfront condo outside of the core MB area. NMB is looking to be the most affordable as opposed to Surfside or Garden City, even though those would be good areas as well.
Looking for a frequent getaway place as well as possible rental when we're not there. Have dogs, so keeping that in mind too.
Just want safe and clean with a small kitchen so we can cook at home.
