Horry County property assesment (assessor, property tax rates, assess)

Is there a website that tells what properties are assessed at and the taxes on them?

Also is there a list of the counties property tax rates?

Here is a link to the Horry County Assessor's website:

Assessor - Horry County Government

Click on the "real property" link, then under the search column click on "land records".

You have to search by either the tax parcel number or the owner name, though, you can't enter an address, so unless you know either of those pieces of information about a property it's hard to do a search.
