I for one love the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Great place to either sit on the water and have a drink or take the family out to dinner. Does any body know of any other places along the coast with this type of atmosphere.
There are several waterfront restaurants along the intercoastal or marsh land on the northern end of the Grand Strand. Check out some of these, particularly during warmer weather when it is great to sit out doors: At Barefoot Landing:Greg Normans, The Flying Fish Fish, Dino's (recently changed ownership and now has a new name), and TBonz Gill and Grill. A marsh front restaurant in NMB is Joes Bar and Grill. In Little River on the marsh our favorite is Snooky's. But there are also several restaurants in Little River waterfront on the intercoastal: Crab Catchers, Captain Juels, Key West Crazy, The Patio etc etc Little River waterfront is in a bit of a time warp - needs significant remodeling but still has a fun vibe. Also, there is Clarks on the harbor in LR and Filets on the intercoastal in NMB. Further North at Ocean Isle Beach there are a couple of restaurants on the water near the Bridge.
