I found this news article on a MB website this morning. It talks about a tax credit for first time home buyers in SC..anyone else heard of the tax credit? How does it work? Hubby and I are gearing up to buy a new home sooner then we thought. I've picked out a few new homes and now that I found out about this tax i'm curious about it.
