dogs are only allowed on the beach during given months of the year. It's normally during the 'off season'. Irresponsible pet owners are as bad as irresponsible parents..

Default happy now!

I'm so glad you replied about the dogs on the beach. Can never tell what's happening anymore these days. So "off" beach months is when I will not walk along the shore.

I think that the off season months where dogs are allowed on the beach are Mid Sept thru Mid April...

In looking back to our last visit to MB, it rained for two straight days. When it finally cleared, Rte 17 was very busy and even Sunset Beach. Maybe it had to do with the weather more so. People go stir crazy when it rains.

What's the beach up one from Sunset Beach? Is that quieter?
