Hey Everybody!

My husband and I (along with our 3 children) are looking to relocate to South Carolina from South Jersey. I have been wanted to move down south for years!!
We would like to be near the ocean.... maybe like a 20 minute drive or so would be nice.
I have so many questions.

Where would be a great area with low crime rate and a good school district to raise our children?

How is the Job market right now? I am an Xray tech and my husband is a Laborer.

I know the taxes have to be a lot lower than what we are paying here in NJ. Just trying to get an idea of how much lower

I just want to do my research first

Any input from anyone who lives by the coast in South Carolina would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you so very much

Nichole

We are in Murrells Inlet originally from South Jersey. Your questions have been answered on this forum and you will find answers to questions you did not think to ask. Property taxes are a lot lower......
