What area is the football/baseball complex? I will be moving to the area with my wife and 2 yo...with our second child on the way. What area did you decide on and do you still like your choice?

We are leaning towards new construction which communities will be the most family friendly? According to one builder I spoke to we can get larger plots of land in Murrells vs Pawleys. Also, any builders to avoid? Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!!
I lived for many years in Sag Harbor, moved to Portland, OR for ten years and then to Murrells last year to be closer to my grown kids in Charleston. I would say that you will feel more comfortable in Pawleys. You can private message me if you want a further explanation. Youre probably going to feel a culture shock either way. I miss the east end, snow, too.
