I'd love to hear updates from those who have asked questions about, and have since moved to, MB or surrounding areas on this board. I am in your shoes now, wondering where to look, etc.
This is ideally what I'm looking for... Tell me if I'm crazy...
A 5 bedroom (or 4, with bonus room), at least 2.5 bath home in a safe neighborhood where the homes are not squeezed together, we'd love to be in a neighborhood with a pool, playground, volleyball net, soccer field (there is a neighborhood Avalon that is the perfect set up in that regard, from what I can see, but how is the actual neighborhood?), at least 2000 sq ft, low/reasonable HOA, home with an existing fence or HOA rules that allow one, no sex offenders in the area, close enough to the beach for day trips but far enough away to not worry about flooding, under $200,000 - preferably less than that so we can enjoy a lower mortgage payment. We homeschool, so school districts are not an issue.
Any suggestions?!
