I have a friend who stays at his place in Myrtle Beach more and more. He sent me a newspaper article about some of the HOAs there. There is mention on the name you are looking into. Thank you Cully for the information. It is crazy that they mentioned where I am wanting to buy. In the long run, it is best to buy without an HOA, but hard to find. Houses are so expensive in NMB now and condos, seemed the way to go not wanting to do a lot work all the time. Decisions, decisions.
