If there is enough natural barriers between homes in Oak Hampton and Highway 707 to minimize sound and distractions, it should be okay.

Highway 707 will have commercial development. If the commercial development causes minimal disruptions, it should not be a problem.

I am hearing Publix will begin hiring for store 1568 in March. Publix #1568's opening could be in April.

That's good to know since it's right outside of my complex, and my 16 year old son is looking for a part time job. I'm sure he'll have plenty of competition though.

The place is really moving along. They have crews there from dawn to dusk 7 days a week. April sounds about right for this place to open.

This is the first I am hearing of Olive Garden speculated for Murrells Inlet.

I think the neighbor said "Olive Garden".

I would love to see a Christmas Tree Shop go in there. Second choice: A Staples.

I do not see office supply retailers opening additional stores with competition from Walmart Supercenter and less paper products and add-on products being used.
