We currently live in Atlanta, retirement coming up in a year or 2. Always loved coastal SC. Looking for a smaller town like Murrells inlet or Little River. Anyone like any neighborhoods in either place? We have seen several new homes on line, but some don't allow fenced yards. Thanks for any suggestions

We really haven't except online. Planning a scouting visit in Feb or March. Looking at neighborhoods with ranch options to build.

Woodlawn Plantation in Murrells Inlet is nice. You can’t build a ranch, but most put in elevators.
