Does anyone know what the pet policy is for this community 55+ "Captains Cove"? We are looking at a possible purchase here but I would like to know their pet policy. Our dogs are indoor dogs, only go out to relieve themselves. We don't allow unessary barking and we clean up promply after them. They are registered service/support dogs and have Dr. letter. I am a heart and kidney patient. The community looks nice but I was just wondering. Thanks for any help.
Your realtor should get the rules and regs for you BEFORE you buy or put any money down. Many places though don't allow more than one dog and have size limits. Everything you need to know though is info you can get from the realtor, if not using one ( don't know why you wouldn't) then the owner has the info
Myrtle Trace South is pet friendly. Please check them out on the 55 plus website. We are very close to Conway Medical Center and Walmart. We lived here for just about two years now and we love it here.
