Looking at the Prince Creek area - any comments are greatly appreciated. Looking to spend $300,000 on a home. What do you like and don't like about the area? Thanks in advance!

Excellent place to live, we lived there for a year while our home was being built. Close to shopping, Publix right there as well as Lowes Foods. Rt 707 is almost finished being widened and my guess is after its completed more shopping! lol

Close to parks (Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens, maybe 7-8 miles from Prince Creek. We wanted a larger lot and found one we liked nearby in Cypress River Plantation where we ultimately built which is about 5 miles north or so.

Bottom line is its a nice choice to retire or just raise kids (not that you want to start that again!) lol

We have a townhouse in Park West which is about 3/4 miles East off Tournament Drive. I do my morning walks through Prince Creek and have always liked the community. If we had it to do again I would have purchased a home in Seasons, the over 55 Prince Creek community.
