Pet Friendly near Myrtle Beach
Does anyone have a suggestion for a couple to stay with three dogs and a cat for one night next week? It needs to be in the MB/Conway area. I looked up pet friendly hotels and there are a few but the dogs have to be under 30lbs and they are only allowed one. I have someone that's in a situation and needs me to suggest a place.

The only thing I can think of is they take two rooms at the Red Roof. I think its two pets per room. ( not sure of the cat rule )........Red Roof has been a favorite of ours to stay at with our little pups ( 2 now only one) There is a Red Roof on 17 past the airport heading south.
A Howard Johnsons is wonderful about pets. They don't even have a pet fee charge. But again, I think it is two pets. Not sure of a location in MB.
If it was longer then that I would have suggested Oceanside Village which is pretty pet friendly. I don't think they have less then a week there.
Other pet friendly hotels with small fees/or no fee were "some" Days Inns and "Quality Inns"

The Staybridge Suites on Hard Rock Pkwy allows pets. Much nicer than any Red Roof Inn I know of...might be worth checking out.

Actually traveling up and down the East Coast, there has never been a bad Red Roof.........I was pleasantly surprised myself.
I found them never to be unclean, they have never smelled of pets, or had stained rugs, or uncomfortable beds.
I can't say that about some of the other hotel chains, at all.........
I have been disappointed many times. Including in some " very well respected" hotel chains ( water running down walls, and water bugs @ H.Inn)
The Red Roof on Route 17 is nestled in beautiful palm trees and looks really like a well kept, and inviting place.
