Short term, fully furnished accommodations (Conway: real estate, rentals, month to)

Looking to relocate around June to the Conway area. We are selling our house and going to look to either build or buy a resale. We will put the contents of our home in storage and would like to rent, month by month, until we purchase.

Does anyone have any leads on either places that are fully furnished or a real estate firm that handles these types of rentals.

This is a very hot rental market (especially during the summer) and you'll have a tough time finding anyone willing to rent month to month. Your best bet is probably to go onto VRBO and try to find something that you can rent for a month and then see if they'd be willing to go month to month. You'll have to pay through the nose for it, but that's the nature of things in a tourist town that's growing and also expecting a record setting tourist season.

Like it was mentioned above, you can find somethings in June but the prices are really high. There are some 6 month and annual leases that are more affordable, called long term rentals here. The month to month rentals usually start in October through April depending on the company/property. Good luck!
