Default mrytle beach conway area

I am going to buy a cheaper mobile home w land or a small fixer house for about 60-90 grand. Anyone have any advice or preferences older fixer vs
mobile home w land. Thanks!

Go with the house! Trailers (mobile homes) are depreciating assets. The house at least long term will appreciate building you equity and a net worth.

Don't buy a mobile home in Myrtle Beach. THose and condos now are severely depreciating, but yet, they build more. Homes in Myrtle Beach are the way to go. Find some foreclosures if possible and find a safe place in MB. It's a growing area, especially due to the new Market Commons area and the Hard Rock Park. Many people from Florida are migrating to MB, it's more cost effective for now.
