Default Children in Surfside Beach Club
Does anyone know if there are other children in Surfside Beach Club, I have an 11 yo and would like to know if this community is primarily retired individuals or are there young families with other children. Also is it hard to get homeowners insurance. What are the rates like. I am looking to move here from NJ.

We just purchased in SSBC. We have a 10 yr old daughter & 7 yr old son.
