So, in Conway, MB area... How cold is cold???
Here are the average highs and lows, but keep in mind that about 50% of the days fall below the average, and on many days, the averages aren't worth a lick. Yesterday, our high was 37. On Tuesday, the high was 38, and that came very early in the morning, falling all day long. Is it warmer than yankee-land? Yep. Is it a tropical paradise all year long? Nope. Also, some find summer to be an adjustment. Periods of 90 degrees/90+% humidity is not everyone's cup of tea...

The real problems about the summer heat are the 100+ degree days, of which we generally have about two weeks each year. Since this is above body temp it makes some activities dangerous if one is not cautious and knowledgeble.

You got to experience it to know.

Default Summer heat in Myrtle Beach

I play golf in the area during summers and agree that caution is required. Best to play before 8:30 a.m., and bring your own water just in case it is too hot for the beverage cart driver. I find a minimum of one bottle per nine holes helps. A few courses will provide iced towels at some of the tee boxes; cannot understand why more don't do the same since it is an inexpensive service that is not forgotten.
