bad drivers on Cates Bay Hwy Conway (home, neighborhood)

Anyone have any idea how I can put a stop to a repetitive bad driver on CatesBay Hwy (just outside of Conway city limits). The guy is gonna endup hurting someone, my husband and I see him do something dangerous atleast three times a week for the last 6-8 months. I happens inthe mornings between 6:45 ad 7:05 a.m. Cates bay is a pretty long road and he drives like a dum dum all over it. He works at a home based business on Cates Bay and doesnt live out in this neighborhood. I have tried taking to the business owner and even confronting the young kid after he crossed the center line and almost killed my husband,child, and myself. I say almost killed because he was going 60-70 and us doing the 50mph speed limit in a head on collision thats what would have happened. Have you ever been driving and up ahead notice an accident about to happen...so yo slow down or hit the breaks, that happens atleast once a week on this road and an accident luckily doesn't take place but after a few seconds the car that was the cause...(the car that went over the line...the car that was trying to pass someone without enough clear distance....the car that swerved of the road.....the car that is doing 80mph and came up on someones bumper that was doing 45mph.)..... passes you......AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW its the same guy you see pullin that crap every other morning. There is gotta be someway to put a stop to this. Any ideas are appreciated....

You call the police, give them all the details you can, date, time, vehicle description, tag number, description of driver, etc and let them handle it. Continue to call each day until the proper action is taken. In the meantime, drive defensively and pay attention to what is going on around you. The life you save may be your own..

There was an accident on Cates Bay hwy this morning. If you are traveling from the quick stop you would take a right and it was up the road a bit past dongola rd. A ton of rescue vehicles and police. I had to go the opposite direction of the accident so I didn't see anything. It happened around 7:30 am. and the police were still there at 1pm.


Nothing on the htc homepage about it. Will have to watch the news tonight. I wonder if it was this guy you speak of.
