I didn't read that section of my contract until last week, so i'm also guilty of not reading the contract.

I beleive you were made promises but the contract like it or not is the contract.

Who was making all the promises, the realtor or the developer?

otis, when do you think the villas will be done if the devloper is basically finished? i believe the deed allows them 20 years to build the villas.

I don't know how long but my guess would be a long time. The economy and condo market will have to make a turn around before anything else is built.

Default 2 BR Buy

I have a 2 BR on a low floor -- low floors have better rentals. Would be happy to work out a deal. Please let me know.... Thanks

Hmmm, the lower floors have better rentals? I would have thought the high floors with better views would get better rentals. I don't have any statistics to support my view, but I wondered if there are any? Thanks.
