To be sure, you can contact Winchester but it is my understanding that the spa is self supported and not funded by the HOA. Cable is included in the HOA fees.

closings are just about over now...i am sure a few more will happen, but most are in default now as a 10 day notice to close went out almost 2 weeks ago.

I assumed that most of the first closings were done in all cash and that there would be another round of closings coming up for people that needed time for financing. Anyone know how many closings are going to happen? |

Just got our 10 day notice Friday, I'm sure the developer will work with those who intend to close and need more time. I would expect the buyer has allot of power in this market.
