Any natives from Loris here? (apartments, condos, home)

I'm hoping to find out what it's really like living and growing up in Loris. We have 3 elementary aged kids) We are looking at a home there but are still unsure. We know it's very different then living at the beach (where we do now, Surfside area) but want to know in what ways from their perspective.
I'd really appreciate any thoughts/input.

I was born and raised in Loris, great little town close to beach, sorta private. about everyone knows each other, very friendly people. religon a big part of kindness in there hearts. good food, one of my favorites is one of my best friends resturant, i always called it shorty's Loris lunch & pool room. the best chicken bog u ever eat. the bog off is a great event yearly. there is not much trouble going on there everyone more less keeps to there selves. would i live there again YES...good little ponds to fish in to, but some got to sneek into, ha been there to...it really is a great town good schools to. go lions!!!

This sounds amazing!!! I am also looking to re-locate to Loris....know of any condos or apartments there???
