Hey everyone. My husband and I are thinking about taking our 3 kids down to Myrtle Beach for a getaway. We need a suite or a 2 bed condo to accommodate us all. Can anyone recommend something that's not in a high rise? Call me crazy but with young children those balconies scare me!

You could try the "Beach House" in Garden City. That is only about a three story and has two bedrooms. We rented there once and the kids loved it. Up the street on Main is carts and bikes that can be rented, and a great Arcade area. You'd be close to the Water park and not far from other attractions.
Other then that I will DM you with some homes across from the ocean that have their own beach and pools ( indoor and outdoor) that you might even enjoy more............

I'd check with Surfside Realty........I know there are many that do weekends and that are low level. Some closer to the beach then others. You might want to check on their site for some pictures and such........lots and lots of condos around. It will go by close to ocean or not,and the price you want to pay.......

We like to rent the condos on Shore Drive from Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals. They have anywhere from 1 to 3 bedrooms, each property has a pool, and they can be either water front or second row, or even one block from the beach with an easy walk. That means that they are also available at a variety of prices. DM me if you would like more information and I'll be happy to help. We have three kids (4,3 and 11 months), so we know what you mean. I wouldn't want to stay in a highrise either.
