Default Good rental condo or condo hotel options for owners

I am thinking about buying a rental condo or a condo-hotel where I could live there some portions of the year and then allow the room to be used as a rental during the other times.

Anybody know of any places like that around Myrtle beach that treat the owners well? I'd like to make sure that I have a place to store my stuff when I'm not there and a front desk that could forward my mail and take care of other matters if I'm not living there at the time.

You are likely to find plenty of options to suit your needs especially in Myrtle Beach. They range from effeciency units in conversion properties to condos with on site management that will rent your unit when not in use.
IMHO you need to decide what will work for your needs and budget and proceed from there. Many of the larger properties have lots of amenities and units but they also have much higher HOA and management fees. You may find smaller properties that will fit your needs that are very "owner friendly" that do an excellent job.
Many of the units for sale will have rental history and can provide you with numbers before you purchase. Good luck with your condo hunt!
