Default What is a NICE FAMILY area in MYrtle Beach to move to with GREAT SCHOOLS ?

Hello, I need a little help on were to start looking for a nice area in Myrtle Beach for a family to move to? We are looking to rent a home around $1200-$1300 if possible and Good school district.

We have been a few times and really loved the Kingston Plantation area or near Broadway on the Beach area, but not too sure if this is a good place to move to?

I appreciate any help you can give me !!!!Thanks!!

You should be able to find a place to rent. Horry County School website might be helpful. Carolina Forest area is nice.

I did extensive school research in the hopes of moving to the MB area. I found that for my family, I would want to be in the St. James, Forestbrook, Socastee or Carolina Forest school areas. I did not want MB proper, NMB or Conway. I'm not sure about Longs/Loris area as I really didn't check into those that closely since we prefer the Surfside Beach area to points more northerly.

Also, I understand that the schools in the northern end of Georgetown County are quite good also. This would include people who live in parts of Garden City Beach, Murrells Inlet and Pawley's Island.
