Does anyone know anything about Cape Landing Apartments? (Garden City: apartment complex, rentals)

i am planning on relocating in august... i would like to know about this apartment complex.. it is one of the few i have seen that allow dogs over 50 lbs...

can anyone recommend a good mobile home park, preferably 55+ that has rentals... hopefully near a few stores..

The only 55+ rentals I know of are Garden City Beach Duplex Apartments. They are actually located inside the Ocean Pines community. Ocean Pines are not rentals but the duplexes are. As far as I know there isn't a lot of them. I believe they rent for around 800 but I could be wrong. Here is a link to the website.

You should be able to just call the 800 number on the bottom of the page. I emailed them recently for information for my parents and they replied but the information was limited ... but then again maybe I just didn't ask the right questions ... Good luck with you move!
