Default Myrtle Beach Area Home Builders

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has an idea who is a recommended home builder in the Myrtle beach area. I built my own home before and helped others, so I do know how to build. I live out of state and would like someone to break ground and dry it in. Basically make it look finished from the outside point of view. Then I could finish the inside. Anyhow... let me know. I'd have them also lay the plumbing under the slab or subfloor, whatever it may be. I'm not sure of any hurricane codes you have to go by or anything, and I'm not in the right position to try to figure it out. Nor do I have the time to frame it and side it by myself. The inside I can take my time on so it isn't a big deal. Thanks anyone!

you might want to talk to AmeriBuilt homes They are building southbury off of 707. I have seen some of the houses they have built and they are nice. I saw in the sun news that Ameribuilt is Energy Star and a certified green builder. The custom I saw was in Prince Creek
Good luck
