For an authentic Southern anything, its Dukes.
For guidance into what the "other" ingredients should be, try the local Junior League cookbook ( they all have them)...that is one thing we learned in the South...Junior League cookbooks are a window to the community...! Usually the local library has one on the shelf, if not, local gift shops frequently have them.
