Sorry you didn't get to see it. If you are in Florida for any of the last two launches, it's more than worth the drive just to feel the power of the engines from 10 miles away. The earth shakes. There won't be any more spacecraft for a long time after the shuttle program closes down.

I'm in Orlando now and got to see it from the street! Sadly we had some cloud cover but was able to see it. Have any of you seen the video where passengers on a plane from Orlando to Richmond, VA. caught it on their I-phone? hopefully this link works!:Space shuttle seen from above | The Upshot Yahoo!
