Strange Request - Shula's Restaurant has a quote in it by the front door and I want to get what it says. (hotels)

I was at Shula's recently and saw a quote from Don Shula at his restaurant. It was by the front door coming from outside and is across from the hostess' stand.

The quote is from Shula and someone else.

I have searched and searched the Internet and cannot find it anywhere.

I really liked it and would like to have it.

Does anyone have that quote or know what it is?

Isnt Shulas in the hotel? Why dont you call the hotels front desk and just ask them? I am sure they would help you. P.S. The breakfasts there are awesome!
