We moved her about a month ago from St Louis and Im searching for an italian market where I can buy fresh Mozarella, Olive Oil, parmesan and alll the other imported goods I use to cook with. Does anyone know of one anywhere within an hour of Naples?

I mean an actual Italian market -- parmigiano regiano, italian sausage, many different types of olives, real italian bread etc. Not the big chain markets. I heard there may be one in fort Myers?

Neopolitan Gourmet is pretty good. But, Naples IS a cultural wasteland when it comes to "soul" food..... (I'm half Italian on my mom's side, and grew up eating the best stuff, straight from Brooklyn, so it's tough to find ANYTHING that measures up to that).

I went there today -- RMD is right! The Neopolitan Gourmet is not bad -- they do have Italian sausage and decent Italian bread. Thanks RMD! It will do until I open one! LOL!
