Looking for good reliable transportation from North Naples to RSW. Looking at Super Shuttle, Taxi and renting a car for one day.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I don't have a good answer for you, but a friend of ours who comes down frequently said he had an awful time with Uber. Several drivers flaked out on him with little notice because they got better fares. We ended up giving him a ride back to RSW because it was going to cost him $50 to get to there from Bonita Beach Road.

I think renting a car for a day would be expensive, but maybe not relative to other options.

Found these via Google search:

Go Native Adventure Tours - Airport Services

MBA Airport Transportation

Got any friends or neighbors you can offer some $$ to for gas and time?

Good luck, Bon Voyage!

Other than family or a friend, a car rental would be the most reliable.

Pick up at the Naples Municipal Rental Car Depot (Formerly Naples Municipal "Airport") and drop off at RSW.

This time of year, it might be pretty cheap, but it REALLY varies.

Due to the "you can't get there from here" nature of RSW, I rent cars way too often. In fact, because of the aforementioned inability to get to RSW in less than an entire day after my trip next week, I'm gonna fly out of FLL, as usual. Rentals there and back to APF are less than it will cost me to park in FLL and far more convenient, on that end, at least.

I just checked Kayak.com, and today it would be +/-$40 for a one day rental from APF to RSW, picking up today and dropping off tomorrow. Definitely worth checking out....

I appreciate the replies. This next trip we are bringing our cars down on the auto train. That's why we need a ride to RSW to fly home and close on our house on Long Island. I've rented a car for a total of $30. for the day. The price is right and we know we'll have our ride to RSW. I know it may sound silly, but depending on a car service makes me a little nervous. Even though the rental car has to be picked up the day before, it's a definite.

Thanks for the advice on Uber. Wasn't too sure how dependable that was.

Nearly 30 years here and it's still the same issue. Rental cars are usually the best way to go.

Car rental. Cost neighbors last week $60 for airport taxi to Immokalee/I75 area. Wanted to bop the guy..."I didn't want to bother you."

Classic Luxury Transport has always been very reliable. I use them for work and personnel. They've picked me up at all kinds of strange hours, late, early - to RSW, Miami and Ft lauderdale (later work related to catch long haul flights).
Good team

I have used Need A Ride Transportation with great success, but it's been a while since we have needed their services. Worth a look for sure! Can't say it was the cheapest on the block, but they were reliable even for early morning flights.
