I have my office set up in the garage which is where I'm at most of the day. I have no AC in there and always have the doors open for air flow. The past couple of days I use a floor fan to keep them off me but I've had to put our Yellow Lab inside because the mosquitoes were all over her face.

I work in my garage a lot too, and have been using a 12k BTU window rattler for the last 11 years. It's on it's last legs, so I am putting in a mini split system this week.

I can't imagine spending more than a few minutes out there sans AC for most of the year, especially now!

If we stay in this house, I am probably gonna build a steel outbuilding and move my workshops out there, which will also be air conditioned.

Lord, I could only wish that I had more space. I'm stuck in Lakewood and have no chance at an out building. We're close to my son's middle school (East Naples) and close to my daughter's high school (Lely) so I'm stuck for a while. I've often thought of moving further down on the East Trail (for acreage) but that isn't happening any time soon. I suppose I'll just live through you all vicariously.

Our home faces West, we get a little breeze most days so it hasn't been too bad.

I've seen fire and I've seen rain.
I've seen sunny days that I thought would never end.
I've seen lonely times when I could not find a friend,
But I always thought that I'd see you again.

That's one of the many reasons we chose the close in Estates. Lots of room for out buildings!
