Looking for a golf community that has affordable membership and HOA fees with residency that’s around $200,000. Thanks in advance. Also possible golf cart and active (Fun) community.

Condo or SFH? You will likely only get a condo at that price point.

Imo, the OP's price point might get a condo, as markjames68 mentioned, but it will probably be in a bundled golf community.
Bundled golf is not 'bad', and there are several to consider...

Whether the usual fees at those communities are 'affordable' to OP, none of us would know.

Any community is as 'fun' as one wants to make it. No Naples area bundled golf community that I am aware of allows for personal carts on the course, as cart rentals are a decent rev generator with good gross margin.

Google list of Naples bundled golf links from RE agents, below. Any of those sites list the several bundled golf communities.
Other than having spent 8 winters in one of them, I have no connection/not in the RE biz.
GL, mD

Thanks so much for your reply’s, upon further research maybe a golf community might not be affordable for me. There’s plenty of public courses available so now I’m thinking just a community with Either SFH or condo’s works for me. If anyone knows of a community that has gatherings like happy hour at the pool or club house would be great.

I'll say it again, check out the Isles of Collier Preserve. The Overlook Bar & Grill just opened and the neighborhood has great amenities, just no golf course. I'm moving there next month and can't wait.

Have you thought about Villagewalk in Bonita? You can get a large 3/3 townhome with garage or a 2/2 attached villa with garage for under $300k. Large community, has its own town center with a restaurant, gas station, etc. and great amenities (many tennis courts, pool, gym, etc.) Some owners have golf carts they ride around in, just not a golfing community. HOA fees on the townhomes are around $250-$300/mo and include cable, alarm, lawn maintenance, etc.

Let me know if you need someone to set you up with communities that will work, send you detailed info, etc. I've worked with several great buyers agents in the area and there is no cost to you...

These are older condos but many have been remodeled and there is a golf course. It's very close to Hwy 41 and West of Goodlette. Great location and close to the beach.

Big difference between “around $200,000” and “under $300k” unless it’s $100k under $300k.

There are tons of options in the $250k range, including condos with bundled golf.

Difference between a $225k purchase and a $275k purchase is $260/month, Hardly a big difference.

It is if you’re on a fixed income or can’t qualify for it. OP asked for options around $200K. If he’s willing to increase it then there will be many more choices.
