I don’t dispute your experience at all! There is a definite shortage of north-south roads as well as an over abundance of elderly clueless drivers. Such is Naples.

I remember a couple of years back going from Immokalee and Logan to near the junction of 41 and Old 41 which took 45 minutes due to backups.

Haven't lived in Naples for a few winter seasons, but did 8 winters there and still visit friends there often during season, and I would not want to be commuting regularly from 'Naples' to BS.

Lived/worked 3+ decades in Gotham and metro NYC and yes SW FL is not like traffic there, but it is 'different'/slower and many are less focused on where they are going or destination.

And, that condo budget is slim, imo.

Thanks for your input. I am seeing plenty of condos on zillow in my price range. I am looking at North Naples too. Being in the old Naples by the beaches is not important to me.
