I'm looking for recommendations for a realtor. We are moving to Nashville in July and are deciding whether to rent or buy. We will be in town for 6/1-6/3 and would like to see both rentals and places for sale. We prefer to look in the Sylvan Park area. If possible, someone with experience with VA mortgages is preferred. We are on a tight schedule, so they'd need to be willing to work with that! Would appreciate any help, as we have never been to Nashville and do not know anyone there. I don't think there are many RE agents who deal with rentals, but you might luck out! What are your rental and buying budgets? Would help immensely to pass on suggestions. Were you trying to RENT in Sylvan Park, too?
