O.K, After months of research I am pretty set on finding something in Hendersonville. I seen other post about Hidden Point, any other recommedations on a well established neighboorhood. If it is older fine with me 350k to 450K maybe a little higher. I was stupid and purchased a home backed up to the interstate, so this time I will be pushing more for the importance of an outdoor living area with peace and quite, hopefully on a cudlesac with mature trees in a kid friendly neighboorhood? Help??? as always thanks

Hidden Point is a great area for peace, quiet, and mature tree cover. My only caveat would be that the lot sizes in that particular subdivision are small by Hendersonville standards. You can, however, find bigger yards in the nearby neighborhoods. The Indian Lake Peninsula definitely has some nice areas. I'd look at Ballentrae.

At that price point you should be able to find a lot of homes that meet your criteria. As usual, vive's spot-on.

Have you looked at www.realtracs.com yet? I'd suggest searching there first if you haven't already.

Definitely look at Ballantrae and along Lake Terrace (beautiful 1960s and 1970s modern houses)... and there is an area that is not as new, but I find it very nice, and it's tucked away in a corner of Indian Lake Rd. where it turns in front of an old historic home called Rock Castle. Indian Lake Forest is also a great area with older homes, but they are unique. Cumberland Hills has huge lots... and big homes too. Point of View also has some very nice properties. So be sure to drive around the whole peninsula. All the areas I've mentioned are in the Indian Lake Elementary School zone. In the Nannie Berry zone, you may like the homes in the Cherokee Road area. Lovely!

Good luck!
