Athletic Commision in TN? (cost of, build, island)

I was just curious if there is an Athletic Commision in TN and if so do they regulate independent pro wrestling events? Here in New York City to run a show you need to lay down a $20,000 bond before even getting to the cost of running the actual show, makes it tough to build a promotion. This is why there are about 50 promotions in NJ and maybe 3 in NYC, most of which operate on Long Island.

I would start here. I know they regulate boxing and MMA, and there was something in the news about how they suspended some wrestlers.

I don't know anything about the $$ though.
