Default White House/Greenbrier area?

We are moving to the area in 4 weeks from NC. We fly out next week to meet with a Realtor to look for homes. My husband's job is in Hendersonville but we're looking at White House or Greenbrier right now. We have two daughters so schools are important to us. Our price range is $200-250k and we'd like 3-4BRs in a newish home in a family oriented community... pool is a plus.

Can anyone give us some more info on the areas before we head there next week? I'd like to have a plan for when we arrive, since we will be short on time.

If schools are important I would say in Sumner County and look in White House although you may also consider some of the rural areas on the northern edge of Hendersonville and Goodlettsville that would be zoned for Hendersonville Schools as they are the best in the county.

robertson county just got a brand new high school....
I live in white house area robertson county.....It is growing alot..houses are affordable.....we got a great deal on our house...Sumner I have heard good and bad things about the schools.....
Hendersonville is nice but you will pay more for a home there just because of the zip code...They do have the best schools....

you can check out holly tree, indian ridge(where I live at, 15 a month hoa (u have a pool, tennis court and a club house you can rent for free)
Magnolia Village
this is the best site when searching for homes...it tells u what they paid for it when they brought it...

I would also look in Hendersonville. You can definitely buy a nice home in Hendersonville in that price range. I'd look on the north side of Hville near the Station Camp High School area: Creekside, Stone Creek, and Stonecrest (might be a little on the high end of your price range). There are others too, but those come to mind.

Wow! These are great resources. I am really looking forward to the move and launching my photography business there. I'm a little nervous about picking up and moving away from my clients and such but excited to start a new journey.
