Does anyone have any information on the foreclosure auctions held on the Courtroom steps for Williamson county? I know they happen, seen it on Real Tracs but can't seem to find and lists etc about them. Help please?

Since they are public record, they are listed in The Tennessean classifieds. You can go to the Tennessean webpage and search for "substitute trustee sales" in Williamson County.

Or you could call/e-mail the tax assessor's office and ask them.

Yes, if you can get a hard copy. They farm out their classifieds to an aggregator, so it's hard to find the foreclosure stuff.

I'd second that - Trish Myatt is fantastic.
