apt's in Brentwood??
Hi everyone! My husband and I will be moving to Nashville soon, and need an apt. asap. We're looking in the Brentwood area - we'd like a 6 month lease and would like to stay around $800/month. Any ideas? Areas around Brentwood are fine also; he's working for the Titans so he'll be in the city on Great Circle Road. He'd like to keep the commute around 1/2 hour. I've been looking online and have found some, but apartmentratings.com doesn't make any of them sound too great. If anyone has ideas/suggestions, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks so much!

I'm interested in this too. Any advice/suggestions for apartments in or near Brentwood?
Thanks.

I work off Great Circle as well. And drew part of the plans for the Titans facility (tell your husband to ask for an office just like Bud's! ;-)
I can't tell you much about apartments in Brentwood. You might also look at some of those in Bellevue. That's where I live and it's a relatively easy commute to MetroCenter (unless traffic is back up at White Bridge).

One apartment complex I can suggest is Alara Apartments in Cool Springs. I had a friend stay there while her family's house was being built and they really liked the place. The website is alaracoolsprings.com
I will add a couple more if I can think of them...

Thanks, Tennerado2. The Alara website looks real nice. Do you happen to know the monthly rent for a 1BR? Or, what are the averages in the area for similar type places?
I am looking to rent before I buy a house. Can someone also tell me if most places make you sign a 1 year lease? I'm hoping to just pay month-by-month to be able to move out whenever I find a house.

BP300, sorry but I don't know anything about the monthly rent for a one bedroom there or other places. I can tell you though that I thought of another apartment complex in Brentwood. It's called The Landings and that's about all I know about it. Good luck!

Check on rent.com....
1 BR rent runs $645 to 779....
They also supposedly pay you a bonus for saying you used them?

Try the Players' Club of Brentwood on Edmondson Pike. It isn't technically within the Brentwood city limits, so you won't pay Brentwood prices. I'd say you could get a 1br for around $600 and a 2br around $700. I lived there when I first got out of college, and I can tell you they have all the amenities, including hot chicks. As an added bonus, your address will be "Players Court". What it do baby!
