I would appreciate recommendations for Williamson County hotels that have an INDOOR swimming pool.

Also, Cool Springs Marriott and Embassy Suites, then in Brentwood, Hilton Suites.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Guest Suites not far from the airport - indoor/outdoor pool - they can shut down the outdoor part. Pool was great. Service was great - we'll go back again.

How long did the drive take from that DoubleTree to Brentwood and Franklin if you went in that direction.

We're prepping for a trip to come look at schools and maybe some houses for sale. (finally!)

20 minutes off peak hours, but Cool Springs Marriott, Embassy Suites, Aloft - those in the area you mentioned would really give you more of a chance to get a feeel for what might be your new community; and see the people you are considering as neighbors :-)

Driving back to the airport area would be awful between 3:30-6:30. I agree with Kevin- try to stay in Cool Springs. It will save you some driving and you can explore the area more.

Yes, the airport is a completely different part of town, and you'd be on the interstate a LOT. If you're trying to see Franklin and you want to use your time most efficiently, stay in Cool Springs.
