Nice photos, JMT. There's also some nighttime photos online of the Schermerhorn that are pretty dramatic too. I'm currently using one of them on my office computer as my desktop background.

I don't know why some of those pics aren't showing up today. They worked fine last night. grrrrr

Anyway, you are right about how good the place looks at night. Nashville has so many good things going for it, and the symphony center is certainly something to be proud of. Heck, everyone in Tennessee should be pleased as punch that Nashville has such a beautiful symphony hall.

That symphony hall is gorgeous!!!!! Makes me want to take the flute back up and join the symphony!

What is that area that runs along the river? Is it nightlife/restaurants, etc? We're looking at moving to Nashville and the pictures look gorgeous...

Great pictures!!!! I was in Nashville in January and got to experience the beauty of the city first hand. The skyscrapers are majestic. I also got to look at LP Field as I love the Titans. The State Capitol is a magnificent structure. As a NASCAR fan,I was in Nashville for Sound and Speed, where country music and racing come together and stars from both appear. I plan on making it an annual habit as I had a wonderful time. Nashville rocks!!!!
