Should I purchase parking in the Pinnacle garage? I know it is two blocks from the arena but is it worth the $12 to buy the parking ahead of time?

Thanks!

If it is for a concert during CMA week...I'd do it. Parking is a premium this week and the garage there is close to the building and pretty safe (I think there's security there).

It is actually in two weeks...no one wanted to go with me to the CMAs...lol. My cousin and I are going to the New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys concert. Don't laugh ok...lol. We have fun and it is a girls night out we both need right now.

Depending on the time you arrive downtown, you might be able to find something better and cheaper, but that's up to you. There is parking at the library for $4 and is about 2 blocks from the arena. Other lots range from $5-15 in the area.

Another OP parked there for the recent Taylor Swift show, and she said it took her an hour and a half to get out of the Pinnacle garage after the concert.

I always park with getting out in mind, and honestly I'd park a little ways out and walk to the arena. I've done it all times of night for Predators games and concerts and never had a safety issue in downtown Nashville. Just don't leave anything in your car.

The library lot is a good bet. Lots of people park there, and as ew said, it's only $4. It's only 2 blocks from the main entrance of The Stone.

I'm not sure what time your concert is, but I would arrive a good hour-hour and a half early, park, and get some food. That way you can avoid potential traffic snarls and leave yourself plenty of time to eat, get settled, and find your seats.

6:30 should be just fine.

Also...do you know if there is an opening act for that concert?
